OrbWorld is an early-stage venture. We're assembling a lean, high-ownership founding circle across Marketing, Product, Engineering (including AI/ML), Operations, and Leadership (including a fractional CTO).

How we work

• Part-time, remote-first. Typical commitment: 5–20 hours/week, with flexible hours and async collaboration.
• High trust, high ownership. Clear outcomes, minimal bureaucracy, fast iteration.
• Small founding circle. You'll shape product, culture, and go-to-market from day one.

Compensation

These roles are non-salaried; compensation is offered as stakeholder equity/options aligned to time commitment and impact. Standard vesting schedule applies with cliff period. Roles may convert to salaried positions once funding or revenue supports it.
